Need to change your pickup/delivery date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with at least 45 days advanced-notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Wondering about our cancellation policy?
For events rescheduled within 45 days, full payment for perishable items is required. However, we always try our best to work with you and accommodate any changes.
Curious how the billing process works with us?
To secure your bakery order, we ask for a 50% down-payment upfront and the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for payments.
Are there treats that work for various allergies?
We have gluten-, dairy- and nut-free treats to ensure that everyone can take part in memorable moments.
